Aradhana Pillai

Aradhana is an associate in the Capital Markets practice at Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, where she focuses on U.S. capital markets and cross-border securities transactions. She advises foreign private issuers on a range of matters, including initial public offerings, registered direct offerings, private placements, and shelf and at-the-market offerings, as well as ongoing SEC compliance.

Prior to joining Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, Aradhana practiced at Indian Law Partners in Mumbai, India, where she worked on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Aradhana earned her LL.M. from NYU School of Law in 2025 and passed the New York Bar Examination in July 2025.

She is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
