Jack Koh

Jack Koh is an Associate in the firm’s U.S. Capital Markets practice, based in Singapore. He advises issuers and underwriters on a broad range of cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, and other strategic financing transactions, as well as ongoing SEC reporting and compliance matters for companies listed on Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange.

Jack has experience representing companies across Southeast Asia and other international markets in connection with U.S. listings and capital raises, spanning Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and New Zealand. His practice includes advising on equity offerings, PIPE transactions, convertible note financings, and other complex capital-raising structures, as well as supporting public companies on post-listing compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack practiced at a leading law firm in Singapore, where he advised financial institutions, including global banks and asset managers, as well as fintech companies, on regulatory and transactional matters.

Jack received his LL.B. (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to practice in Singapore and the State of New York.
