Tony Zhong

Tony Zhong is an associate in the New York office of the Firm and a member of the Capital Markets Practice Group. His practice focuses on securities law, corporate finance, and corporate governance. Tony advises public and private companies, as well as underwriters and placement agents, on a wide range of corporate transactions, including U.S. and cross-border securities offerings, private placements, and general corporate matters.
