Victor Wang

Victor is an associate in the Firm’s New York office and a member of the Capital Markets practice Group. His practice focuses on securities law, corporate finance, and corporate governance. He advises both public and private companies, as well as underwriters and placement agents, on a broad range of corporate transactions, including U.S. and cross-border securities offerings, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Victor practiced as a securities litigator and white-collar defense attorney and also expanded his focus to corporate matters such as private equity transactions, private company mergers and acquisitions, and other related deals.

Victor has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
