Ortoli Rosenstadt Represents The French Academy of Jersey City in its Sale to Affinitas Education

Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, an international law firm, announced today that it represented The French Academy of Jersey City, its founders and owners in their sale to Affinitas Education. Affinitas is a global group of international and bilingual schools backed by the London-based private equity firm Oakley Capital. Affinitas comprises more than 30 schools serving over 20,000 students across seven countries on three continents.

The French Academy of Jersey City is a bilingual, independent day school accredited by both the French Ministry of National Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. It offers a dual French and American curriculum to students from preschool through high school at its campuses in Jersey City, New Jersey.
