New York, NY – January 12, 2023 – Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, a New York full-service international law firm, today announced that it represented FiveBridge CPAS LLC in its merger with Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs (BPB).
The Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP team was led by Partner Paul Pincus, head of the firm’s private company M&A practice, with assistance from Associate Shanice Harris.
BPB is a full-service tax, audit and consulting firm based in Florida and New York. The merger will provide BPB with a larger platform in New Jersey and New York, and enable FiveBridge to provide more well-rounded services to its clients through BPB’s broad array of practice areas and industry specializations. All employees of FiveBridge are joining BPB.
