Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP Represents MG Security Services In Its Sale To Protos Security

On October 4, 2022, Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, a full-service international law firm, today announced that it represented MG Security Services LLC in its sale to Protos Security, a portfolio company of Southfield Capital. The Ortoli Rosenstadt team was led by Partner Paul Pincus, head of the firm’s private company M&A practice, with assistance from Associate Shanice Harris.

Headquartered in New York City, MG Security Services is one of the largest independently owned companies in the U.S. providing armed and unarmed security guard services, crisis management, fraud prevention and private investigation primarily for commercial real estate, hospital, property management, education and financial services clients. The Company’s Founder and President, Manny Gomez, will remain in his existing leadership role post-closing along with the rest of the senior management team, and has acquired a significant ownership interest in Protos Security.
